We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of laptop spare parts from our store. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:
Returns
- You may return any product in the same condition as it was delivered.
- We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

We at Lapking understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a flexible Return & Cancellation Policy for our laptop spare parts.
- If you need to cancel your order, you can do so before dispatching it.Simply contact us with your order details and we’ll process the cancellation and issue a refund.
- If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, you can return it to us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll provide a full refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
Please note that all returns must be in their original packaging and in unused condition. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a product defect or misrepresentation.
